Coached Swim Session

Wednesday Morning Drop-In Swim:
Join other ATC members for a coached swim session at Mission Leisure Centre from 5:30 – 6:30am on Wednesday mornings. Workouts with 3 levels of difficulty are supplied for you to follow, tailored for intermediate to experienced swimmers. Participants should be able to swim at least 100 m in the pool without stopping. Regular pool admission fees apply. Coach tips to help you develop your technique/body position/breathing and stroke efficiently are provided upon request.
