Tri 101: How to Create a Weekly Training Plan

A huge thank you to David B. for hosting our first Tri 101 Workshop of 2018! Right after Tuesday Track on February 13, head over to David’s house in Mission to join Coach Mikey for the Tri 101 Workshop: How to Create a Weekly Training Plan.

Bring your weekly plans, whether sketched out, tabled in a cool format, or scribbled on a napkin, get the group brainstorm treatment at the meeting, where you will be putting on your thinking caps and helping each other with the strengths and weaknesses you see in the plans being discussed.

Mikey encourages everybody who can to pop in and have a go at developing your training plans with each other. We will be going through a DEMO, then right into making some real plans more ship-shape than they are. Totally practical!!!! You are FREE to bring your existing plan in whatever shape it exists and time permitting we can look at yours for a few minutes after the sample set.

NOTE: I said existing…sorry, but we will not be creating plans from scratch for anyone. If you have NO plan in existence, be prepared to help others and that will get YOU ready to develop your own. You will all get a handy dandy reference chart with specific guidelines to follow and pitfalls to avoid so that we can train safely and effectively!
