I am on Vancouver Island Monday through Saturday, but here’s what’s happening so far next week….
Tuesday Spin: with member Leigh-Ann (instructor): Mission Leisure Centre, 6 – 7 am (entry fee for rec centre)
Tuesday TRACK: with Coach Kevin: 5:45 meet and greet 6:00 – 7:00 Track Workout : 800’s (Rotary Stadium)
Wednesday Spin: Wenting (Phoenix Velo Drop-In) : 6:00 – 7:00 ish , no fee, trainer rental $5: phone to reserve
Friday Drop-In Swim: no coach but workout posted online and FB for you to do whenever/wherever 🙂
Saturday Super Spin #6, 12:00 Noon – 1:30 pm , Coach Bryan (email email@example.com for the address)
Sunday LONG RUN: Coach Mikey back: 6:40 carpool meet at Prospera, 7:00 run Red Mountain/Bear Mountain combo
