Members will often turn this workout into a brick with a short (20-30 minute) run afterwards. \nPlus bonus TRI 101 talk: Back to training after the off season \nCoach Kevin writes: If you have been slacking off or missing a bit of your training motivation lately\, do not feel alone. This time of year\, especially in Canada\, many of us dedicated triathletes often tend to spend less time training. That’s not a bad thing\, as it gives us more time to spend with our loved ones\, work on major projects for work or school\, or on other interests that we may have. \nThat being said\, we are now almost done the off-season and it is time to get back into the of regular swing of things. \n\nOur Tri-101 talk is going to be about sharing your strategies on how to get back into a regular triathlon training and racing schedule. \nThe talk (well discussion really) will be held at our house which is located in Mission – please email abbytriclub@gmail.com for the address. \nThe talk will begin at 11 AM on Saturday\, January 28 and will run until about noon\, at which time we will get on our bike trainers for our usual Saturday Spin Session.
