DESCRIPTION:Eat\, drink and be merry (or just pop in too). ATC members\, come get your awesome ATC buff (designed by Darren!) from Coach Mikey. Learn about the amazing workouts\, coaches coffee\, tri talks and social events that are already scheduled for 2017. Talk with the coaches and fellow members. Find your frenemies and maybe figure out what their FTP is (don’t worry if you don’t know what this is\, just ask – it makes a great ice breaker!). \nNon-members are more than welcome to join us. DESCRIPTION:Coach Ash will be joining Coach Mikey for this Friday’s Pool Swim to show how 8-month pregnant humans swim train! \nFollowing that\, all ATC’ers and friends are invited to join us at White Spot (Ramada Inn) at 8:00 am for Breakfast without Bathing Suits. That will give the swimmers a chance to get OUT of those bathing suits and INTO people clothes for the coming day! If you are IN for sure\, let us know. First person there reserves a table please! No problem if you only want to join for breakfast. \nPS: Coach Mikey will have some ATC buffs with me if you haven’t received yours yet! They are awesome!
