Right after Tuesday Track on February 13\, head over to David’s house in Mission to join Coach Mikey for the Tri 101 Workshop: How to Create a Weekly Training Plan. \nBring your weekly plans\, whether sketched out\, tabled in a cool format\, or scribbled on a napkin\, get the group brainstorm treatment at the meeting\, where you will be putting on your thinking caps and helping each other with the strengths and weaknesses you see in the plans being discussed. \nMikey encourages everybody who can to pop in and have a go at developing your training plans with each other. We will be going through a DEMO\, then right into making some real plans… more ship-shape than they are. Totally practical!!!! You are FREE to bring your existing plan in whatever shape it exists and time permitting we can look at yours for a few minutes after the sample set. \nNOTE: I said existing…sorry\, but we will not be creating plans from scratch for anyone. DESCRIPTION:Tuesday Tear-It-Up Track and Trail Runs: Join other ATC members for a group run at Rotary Stadium on Tuesday evenings from 5:45 – 7:00p.m (and we hit the trails as well from November to March). We meet on the “covered stand” side of the track (look for our ATC signs). An ATC coach will be present every week to lead you through a track workout.  You will learn about and practice pacing and speed work.
