  • Coached Swim Session

    Wednesday Morning Drop-In Swim: 

    Join other ATC members for a coached swim session at Mission Leisure Centre from 5:30 - 6:30am on Wednesday mornings.  Workouts with 3 levels of difficulty are supplied for you to follow, tailored for intermediate to experienced swimmers. Participants should be able to swim at least 100 m in the pool without stopping. Regular pool admission fees apply.  Coach tips to help you develop your technique/body position/breathing and stroke efficiently are provided upon request.

  • Coached Spin Session

    Coach Venue BC, Canada

    Saturday Coached Spin Session

    Join ATC members for a coached spin program that is designed for all levels. Athletes focus on cycling skills and aerobic threshold training in preparation for outdoor sessions that follow in April.

    Bring your bike, trainer, sweat towel, water and nutrition! Don't forget your runners as members will often turn this workout into a brick with a short (20-30 minute) run afterwards.

    Sunday Morning Long Runs:

    This is a “Coach Present” run session which happens at a variety of running locations starting 7:00am and normally runs from 60-100 minutes. Sometimes, we even go out for breakfast together afterwards!
