Okay ATC’ers: Sean Clark and I have CONFIRMED Saturday January 7 and Sunday January 8 as the Lactate Threshold Test Weekend. It will be at Kristina and Vince’s (THANK YOU!!!!) and they have a big enough space that we can handle athletes coming earlier than their appointment and leaving later if they want to stick around and visit for a while. Again, a list of what you will need…* about $100 cash (bring a little more in case) *nutrition *hydration *sweat towels *riding gear and your own bike shoes *NO CAFFEINE at LEAST 2 hours before!!! (messes up accuracy of results!)
