Run Workout

Sunday Morning Long Runs: This is a “Coach Present” run session which happens at a variety of running locations. Sometimes, we even go out for breakfast together afterwards!
On February 26 the Hayward Lake Trail! Meet at the Prospera parking lot at Highway 11 and Lougheed Highway at 6:30am if you would like to carpool OR drive out yourself. We will start at 7:00am, only one departure time this time, for an “out and back” workout you won’t forget any time soon!
Difficulty Level 7.5 / 10. Running time: 60 minutes to 2 hours, depending on fitness level and training goals. Coach Mikey will be running 2 hours. Bringing hot chocolate and snacks for after so who’s in?
