This is a “Coach Present” run session which happens at a variety of running locations in Chilliwack starting 3:15pm and normally runs from 60-100 minutes. Members often follow this work out with the swim session at Chilliwack Leisure at 5:00pm.

This is a “Coach Present” run session which happens at a variety of running locations starting 7:00am and normally runs from 60-100 minutes. Sometimes, we even go out for breakfast together afterwards!
