Swim Workout

MLC AdmissionWednesday Morning Drop-In Swim: This is a “coach present” swim session with weekly workouts of 3 levels of difficulty supplied for you to follow, tailored for intermediate to experienced swimmers. Click on the menu Training > Swim Workouts to view detailed information for individual workouts.
Join fellow triathletes and swimmers at the Mission Leisure Centre from 5:30am – 6:30am on Wednesday mornings. Participants should be able to swim at least 100 m in the pool without stopping. Regular pool admission fees apply. Coach tips to help you develop your technique/body position/breathing and stroke efficiently are provided upon request.
