SELF-LED: Friday Morning Drop-In Swim: This is a “coach present” swim session with weekly workouts of 3 levels of difficulty supplied for you to follow, tailored for intermediate to experienced swimmers. Click on the menu Training > Swim Workouts to view detailed information for individual workouts.
Join fellow triathletes and swimmers at the Abbotsford Recreation Center from 5:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. on Friday mornings. Participants should be able to swim at least 100 m in the pool without stopping. Regular pool admission fees apply. Coach tips to help you develop your technique/body position/breathing and stroke efficiently are provided upon request.

Tear-It-Up Track and Trail Runs: Join other ATC members for a group run at Rotary Stadium from 5:45 – 7:00p.m (and we hit the trails as well from October to March). We meet on the “covered stand” side of the track (look for our ATC signs). An ATC coach will be present every week to lead you through a track workout. You will learn about and practice pacing and speed work. These sessions are fun, informative, and leveled so that every member, regardless of ability, is challenged to meet the goals of their running practice.

Join Coach Mikey for the February Coach's coffee right after Tuesday Treadie (at ARC) for caffeine and sugar infused storytelling and Q&A sessions at 7:30pm at the Clearbrook Starbucks (same complex as Safeway and Toy Traders).
Saturday Spin: This coached program comes with membership and is designed for all levels. Athletes focus on cycling skills and aerobic threshold training in preparation for outdoor sessions that follow in April. Bring your bike, trainer, sweat towel, water and nutrition! Members will often turn this workout into a brick with a short (20-30 minute) run afterwards.
Sunday Morning Long Runs: This is a “Coach Present” run session which happens at a variety of running locations. Sometimes, we even go out for breakfast together afterwards!
On February 26 the Hayward Lake Trail! Meet at the Prospera parking lot at Highway 11 and Lougheed Highway at 6:30am if you would like to carpool OR drive out yourself. We will start at 7:00am, only one departure time this time, for an "out and back" workout you won't forget any time soon!
Difficulty Level 7.5 / 10. Running time: 60 minutes to 2 hours, depending on fitness level and training goals. Coach Mikey will be running 2 hours. Bringing hot chocolate and snacks for after so who's in?

Changing a flat can be very scary when you don't know what you're doing especially if you have to do it during a race! Join ATC during our TRI 101 talk on "How to change your tire" and learn one of life's most valuable skills!
