Open water can be exhilarating and rewarding, but also presents a range of unique challenges – deep-water mass starts, close proximity swimming, navigation and turns around buoys, swimming in currents and tides, breathing in turbulent water or swells, cold water immersion or sun glare and transitioning through a variety of swim exits.

    Time Trials tonight has been CANCELLED due to poor air quality in the Fraser Valley. Instead, Coach Mikey will be online via Zwift for a group ride starting at 7:30pm. If you want to join him, make sure you follow Michael Ross on Zwift.

  • Cycling Workout

    Wednesday Spin: This coached program comes with membership and is designed for all levels. Athletes focus on cycling skills and aerobic threshold training. Bring your bike, trainer, sweat towel, water and nutrition! Members will often turn this workout into a brick with a short (20-30 minute) run afterwards.

    Dynamic Race Events is proud to present the 10th Annual Cultus Lake Triathlon and Half Iron Triathlons.

    Looking for a great end of the season race? The Cultus Lake triathlon offers Sprint, Standard and Half Iron for the newbie and seasoned veterans in our sport.

    The venue is just 90 minutes from Vancouver and takes place in beautiful Cultus Lake Park just outside Chilliwack.

    Sprint and Olympic race is limited to 500 athletes for 2016.

  • Run Workout

    Rotary Stadium 32470 Haida Drive, Abbotsford, BC, Canada

    Tuesday Tear-It-Up Track and Trail Runs: Join other ATC members for a group run at Rotary Stadium on Tuesday evenings from 5:45 – 7:00p.m (and we hit the trails as well from October to March). We meet on the “covered stand” side of the track (look for our ATC signs). An ATC coach will be present every week to lead you through a track workout. You will learn about and practice pacing and speed work. These sessions are fun, informative, and leveled so that every member, regardless of ability, is challenged to meet the goals of their running practice.
